Our Assessment Process

Team Assessment and Individual Assessment

Our team includes qualified (certified administrators of psychometric assessments) Occupational Psychometrists who are registered with the British Psychological Society and certified as administrators of psychometric assessments. We are affiliated with Myers-Briggs (MBTI), Center for Creative Leadership (CCL 360 Suite), The Leadership Circle, Gallups Strength Finder, SDI, Morrisby and Saville Consulting.

Any type of assessment can give you an overview about yourself and/or your team; it is not a detailed description of everything about you and how you react in all situations of your life. The assessment gives you an opportunity to discover your general characteristics and then you decide which ones you would like to further explore and work on.

An Assessment is not a test, which means that there are no right or wrong answers.
The assessment simply maps your attitude, behaviors and opinions towards important matters in the workplace or your life.

We use assessments at the beginning of our leadership programs or coaching relationship; the results are used to start coaching conversations or in the case of a leadership development program, they can be the reference for measuring the ROI or the result versus the desired change. This applies for individuals and teams and the type of assessment is identified based the need and relevance.
