With excess of 22 years of experience; Mohamed’s leadership and business acumen evolved through an exciting career in giant MNCs, across diversified markets / business categories.
Throughout his rich journey in Learning & Development and Commercial Excellence, Mohamed took over various roles with a wealth of 2000+ hours of live teach back, earning a well-deserved reputation for his people-orientated leadership style and ability to mobilize individuals and teams towards success even in tough times.
Many of Mohamed’s trainees are now senior leaders of the Pharma and Nutrition industries in the Africa Middle East.
Working in commercial leadership roles (Especially as the Head of operations for Pfizer/Nestlé Africa Middle East and the Country Manager in Nestlé North East Africa) has strengthened Mohamed’s capabilities to transforming strategies into flawless execution, successfully leading cross-functional strategic projects on wide-scale geographical footprint and working across matrix organizations demanding high level of senior regional and global stakeholders’ management.

Mohamed is currently an entrepreneur, consultant, L&D professional/trainer and a co-founder of KB associates, nourishing his passion by adding value to various corporations and NGOs.
Mohamed holds a Pharmacy degree – BS Pharm (Alexandria University), currently graduating with M.Sc. in Physics from the American University in Cairo, CDP-approved Level 5 Diploma of Learning & Development from the UK PD Academy, and L&D Professional Certification by the GSDC, an accredited member of the ANSI.
